How to use
This is sacred ritual incense
Designed to pair with mindfulness meditation and heart coherence practices. Each stick provides a soft, simple sensory touchpoint, a 25-minute reset for your nervous system.
How to use:
Twist the tube lid to break the seal and open the pack
Lift the lid to reveal the incense holder with first stick preloaded
Gently lift the holder and flip - your first stick is ready to light
Light the tip, let the flame catch for a few seconds, blow out
Place holder on stable, heat-resistant surface
To load a new stick: use another stick to poke out the base of the previous stick and ready to go
Burn time:
Approximately 25 minutes per stick, depending on environmental conditions
